用料
70%chocolate黑巧克力 | 120g |
milk牛奶 | 50g+150g |
35%cream淡奶油 | 200g |
sugar白砂糖 | 40g |
Chocolate Ice Cream 巧克力冰淇淋的做法
Prepare the ingredient
準備食材Heat 120g of dark chocolate and 50g of milk in a saucepan until melted, stirring constantly
將120g黑巧克力和50g牛奶放入奶鍋 加熱至融化 在此期間不斷攪拌Move away from the fire after completely melting
Add the remaining 150g of milk. Stir well. Use residual heat
完全融化後離火
加入剩餘的150g牛奶 攪拌 利用餘溫加熱Set aside chocolate milk to cool
攪拌好的巧克力奶放在一旁放涼備用Pour the light cream and sugar into a mixing bowl
將淡奶油和白砂糖放入攪拌盆中Beat with a whisk until the cream is angled but still flows slowly when it shakes
用打蛋器打發 至奶油有立角 但晃動時仍可以緩緩流動Pour the whipped cream into the chocolate milk
將打發好的奶油倒入巧克力奶中Stir well
攪拌均勻Pour into the container. Refrigerate for 4 hours
倒入容器中 放進冰箱冷凍4小時Take it out of the fridge and leave it for 2 minutes to enjoy
從冰箱中拿出後放2分鐘就可以享用啦
