Salt | 1 Cup |
Sugar | 1.5 Cups |
Grated Zest of Oranges | 2 Oranges |
Fresh Pepper | 1/4 Cup |
Grated Beetroot | 1 Plate |
Beetroot Cured Salmon - Gordon Ramsay的做法
Crushing the Coriander Seed.
Mix it with Salt and Sugar.
Grating Oranges.
Fresh black pepper added.
Adds beetroot and stir well.
Apply on a salmon fillet.
Covering salmon with preservative film.
Take the tray and lightly press on salmon.
Put substantial weight on top and store in refrigerator for at least 8 hours. (Overnight)
Wash off the beetroot with cold water.
Drying with kitchen paper towel.
Slice the fillet into strips.
