I like to cook by myself. It feels like a conversation with myself. While I think about it, I do it constantly in the process of deducing creativity, so that the ideas in my mind will eventually become real life entities, one plate of Chinese food. 荷塘月色之蓮蓉酸奶思慕雪的做法
1、取蓮蓬兩個。
2、剝出蓮子。
3、取酸奶兩盒。
4、選9個綠色好看的蓮子,在三分之一處切斷備用。
5、其他的蓮子剝皮去芯去黑頭。
6、用料理機將酸奶和蓮子打成糊狀。
7、把盤子震一震,震掉大氣泡,小的氣泡用勺子撇去。點上切好的三分之二的蓮子,盤邊圍上銅錢草,點上點酢漿草花,有點兒荷塘月色的意思吧。
