Beef meatball, crisp and tender inside,full of chewiness and moderate saltiness. The flavour of beef and thyme and other seasonings complement each other.
肉丸,外脆裡嫩,富有嚼勁,鹹淡適中。牛肉的香味以及百里香等調味料的香味交相輝映。

用料  

fresh beef 新鮮牛肉 276g
eggs 雞蛋 2
cheese 乾酪 20g
salt 鹽 4g
black pepper 黑胡椒 1Tbsp .
garlic powder 大蒜粉 1Tbsp.
parsley 歐芹 1Tbsp.
basil 羅勒碎 1Tbsp.
thyme 百里香 1Tbsp.
bran 麵包糠 As needed
flour 麵粉 As needed
uncooked flour 生粉 As needed

    原料。

  2. Cut the beef into pieces and pour all the

    將牛肉切塊,把所有調料與牛肉倒入攪拌機中。

    攪拌。

  4. Add an egg and flour,
    stir clockwise, and hand strain.
    加入一個雞蛋與生粉,順時針攪拌,並進行手工上勁。

  5. Spread a layer of oil on the baking pan and
    put egg liquid, flour
    and bread bran in three containers respectively.
    在烤盤上塗一層油,並在三個容器中分別放雞蛋液、麵粉、麵包糠。

    用手捏出牛肉丸,依次混合麵粉、雞蛋液、麵包糠,然後把牛肉丸工整擺在烤盤上。

    bake at 205 ℃ for 15
    minutes, and take it out when the surface is
    golden.
    放入烤箱,用205攝氏度烘烤15分鐘,待表面金黃即可取出。

小貼士

Control the amount of seasoning, otherwise the flavor of seasoning will be greater than that of beef balls.
控制好調味料的量,否則調味料的味道會大於牛肉丸的味道
