自從吃到一家好吃的sourdough 遍打開了新世界的大門
Sourdough bread,是一種用天然酵母做成的歐包,或者可以翻譯成酸麵糰麵包,bakery裡或者超市Coles裡就能看到,就那種巨大的硬到可以砸人的那種大面包,裡面有點微酸的口感,作為主食麵包食用,一般去吃brunch裡的menu中它都有出現,作為sides,咖啡店裡一些sandwich也是用這種麵包做的,花樣之多數不勝數!
於是便想開一個菜譜,記錄我吃過的或者做過的sourdough,一邊以後可以自己在家制作~

Sourdough 的一百種吃法的做法
Free range egg on toast
Any extra toppings: Smoked salmon, Spanish chorizo, Marinated avocado, Crispy Bacon, Haloumi ,Mushrooms, SpinachSalmon with 2 poached eggs, cream cheese, rocket,Spanish onion, capers,olive oil on sourdough
Mint lamb sausage with 2 poached eggs, spinach, goat cheese, pine nuts on sourdough balsamic reduction
Cherry tomato, basil, chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper w sourdough
Seafood on top
Sample with butter & jam
Not so scramble eggs, chilli, ricotta w sourdough
Baked egg, Smashed garden pees, green chillies, ricotta, kale, dress with lemon emulsion w sourdough
Truffle oil, avocado, poached eggs, rockets, halloumi w sourdough toast
Smoked salmon, poached eggs, roasted tomatoes, feta cheese, spinach, Hollandaise sauce, pistachio w sweet potato rosti (replace with sourdough toast is fine :)
