蒜香茄子味美,簡單易做,不僅用料少、油煙少、價錢還便宜。
廚具只用一個電煲即可搞定,適合租房居住的白領們。

用料  

茄子eggplant 2
花生油peanut oil
大蒜Garlic 1
鹽salt
芝麻black sesame seed
醬油souce
醋vinegar

  1. 茄子洗淨切塊,放進電飯煲屜子裡,按下快煮鍵,約十五分鐘後取出。

  2. 將大蒜洗淨碾碎或者搗成蒜泥。我沒有蒜臼子,所以用的簡易的榨汁機擠得,效果也很好。

  3. 根據個人口味用小碗調汁,加入醬油、醋、食鹽和搗好的蒜泥。用電飯煲或炒鍋加熱花生油,沸騰後倒入調汁的小碗內。

小貼士

1、也可以用色拉油哦。
2、最後擺盤的時候我加了兩片西紅柿,可以根據情況改進啊。
