餅底的量是至少四個的(如果底薄點可以做6個)其他的量是四個的
用料

中勁麵粉 | 1杯 |
全麥麵粉 | 1杯 |
鹽 | 幾撮 |
胡椒粉 | 幾撮 |
pizza用酵母 | 1袋 |
羅勒(basil) | 幾撮 |
水 | 一杯左右看情況 |
(菠菜香蒜醬) | |
菠菜 | 一盒(grocery store的) |
橄欖油 | 適量 |
蒜 | 4瓣 |
(料) | |
各種菇類 | 五個(鋪滿好了,因為會縮) |
番茄 | 1個半 |
彩椒 | 一個 |
prosciutto意式火腿 | 每個pizza一到兩片 |
gouda芝士 | 永遠是多多益善 |
sun dried tomato | (可選) |
橄欖 | (可選) |
新鮮羅勒 | (可選) |
煙燻切達芝士smoked cheddar | (可選) |
spinich pesto veggie pizza 菠菜香蒜醬蔬菜披薩的做法
test yeast, 1 tsp of sugar added to yeast and add a quarter cup of warm hot water, wait 5 min see if rise
Mix the dough in a bowl with all ingredients added, should be rather sticky
Knead the mixture into a whole uniform dough on a floured surface (flour white)
Don't overwork the dough!
Until only slightly sticky (add flour if necessaryWarm bowl wait for it to rise (cover with towel)
Takes >1 hour until double sizeSlightly knead the dough, divide into 4 even pieces and roll it out into circles
Make it a little larger than the pizza baking plate because it shrinks
Use the roller to cut out excessive dough (can be frozen for next time, or make more than 4 pizzas)Make pesto: add ingredients into food processor
NOTE: only run it slightly because spinich would turn to soup if too much smashing! So try to cut the garlic a little before handSpread the pesto on the pizza,
Add prosciutto (as image)
Dice tomato,
Slice / dice mushroom
Slice peppers
Add olive, sundries tomatoes
Slice cheese and addBake 350 Fahrenheit for 30 minutes
Check to see if the crust is crisp to know if it is doneDone💗💗💗
