white mushrooms, chopped口蘑丁 | 226g |

dried oregano幹牛至 | 10g |
baby spinach or baby greens of choice, chopped菠菜苗?綠葉菜切丁 | 150g |
minced garlic拍個蒜 | 5g |
Crumble Feta芝士 | 100g |
Chicken Spinach Mushroom and Feta Stuffed Sweet Potato芝士雞肉菠菜蘑菇填地瓜的做法
Wrap your sweet potatoes in tin foil. Place them in the crockpot and cook when you cook your sweet potatoes, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
地瓜對開,煮熟;拿個鍋中火燒熱Add the onion, chicken, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and oregano to the skillet. Cook until the mushrooms have released all of their liquid and it has mostly all evaporated, about 6 minutes.把洋蔥,雞肉,蘑菇,鹽,胡椒,牛至放入鍋中燒至無水份,大概6分鐘
Add the spinach and garlic and cook another minute or so until the greens are wilted but still bright green. Remove from the heat.放入菠菜和打算燒熟,移開🔥
Open each sweet potato and fill it with 1/4 of the filling. Top with 1 ounce of feta cheese.填滿4分之一的地瓜放一勺芝士
