用料  

鬆餅配料
1湯匙亞麻籽 1 tbsp flaxseed millet 1湯匙
3湯匙水 3 tbsp water 3湯匙
90克燕麥片 90g oats 90g
1根香蕉 1 banana 1根
1湯匙花生醬 1 tbsp peanut butter 1湯匙
2茶匙泡打粉 2 tsp baking powder 2茶匙
½茶匙肉桂 ½ tsp cinnamon ½茶匙
40克香草蛋白粉 40g vanilla protein powder 40g
180毫升豆奶 180ml soy milk 180毫升
40克鷹嘴豆粉 40g chickpea flour 40g
6茶匙椰子油 6 tsp coconut oil 6茶匙
Toppings
1根香蕉 1 banana 1根
6湯匙素食酸奶 6 tbsp vegan yoghurt 6湯匙
70克藍莓 70g blueberries 70g
70克樹莓 70g raspberries 70g
3湯匙楓糖漿 3 tbsp maple syrup 3湯匙
3湯匙花生醬(可選)3 tbsp peanut butter (optional) 3湯匙
工具
攪拌機 Blender
電子秤 Weighing scales
煎鍋 Frying pan

什錦莓子蛋白松餅MIXED BERRY PROTEIN PANCAKES的做法  

  1. 調製鬆餅麵糊
    Make the Batter

  2. 在碗中倒入水,然後加入亞麻籽拌勻,放在一邊靜置3-4分鐘。
    Put the flaxseed millet in a small bowl with the water, stir and set to one side for 3-4 minutes

  3. 把燕麥片倒入攪拌機中,快速攪打成粉狀。
    Put the oats in the blender and blitz in to a fine flour

  4. 然後在攪拌機中加入香蕉、花生醬、泡打粉、肉桂、蛋白粉、豆奶、鷹嘴豆粉和亞麻籽水,快速攪打順滑。
    Add the banana, peanut butter, baking powder, cinnamon, protein powder, soy milk, chickpea flour and flaxseed mixture into the blender and blitz until smooth

  5. 準備toppings
    Prepare the toppings

  6. 剝開香蕉,並切成薄片;把大個的藍莓和樹莓對半切開。
    Peel the banana and finely slice | Cut any large berries in half

  7. 裝飾
    Dress the pancakes

  8. 在盤子裡疊放三片鬆餅,先澆上一半的素酸奶,然後撒上一半的香蕉片和漿果,然後擠上一半的楓糖漿,最後澆上一半的花生醬(如果用到花生醬的話)。

    Stack 3 of the pancakes on to a plate | Spoon over half the vegan yoghurt | Sprinkle over half the sliced bananas and the berries | Drizzle over half the maple syrup | Top with half the peanut butter (if using)

  9. 重複前面的步驟裝飾第二份鬆餅,然後就可以吃啦。
    Repeat this process with the remaining ingredients and serve immediately
